Description:

Get quality remote support for your mobile device directly from a technician. The Zoho Assist - Customer app allows technicians to provide remote support through screen sharing, chat and remotely control your Samsung device. In case of other devices, although technicians cannot remotely control the device, screen-sharing is still possible.

How to start a session:

Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.

Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Zoho Assist - Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can also send you the session key directly. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.

Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will also be able to securely chat with you. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.

Langkah 2.A: Juruteknik akan menghantar e-mel yang mengandungi jemputan untuk sesi jauh anda. Klik pautan pada e-mel dan membukanya dengan Assist Zoho - Aplikasi Pelanggan untuk mendapatkan sesi sokongan jauh anda bermula.

Langkah 2.b: Daripada menghantar anda pautan jemputan, juruteknik juga boleh menghantar kunci sesi secara langsung. Buka Zoho Assist - Aplikasi Pelanggan dan masukkan kunci sesi untuk memulakan sesi sokongan jauh.

Langkah 3: Selepas kebenaran anda, juruteknik dari jauh akan mengakses peranti anda untuk memberi sokongan. Juruteknik juga akan dapat untuk selamat bersembang dengan anda. Sentuh butang belakang (sama ada di bahagian kiri atau butang belakang asli) untuk menamatkan sesi bila-bila masa.
